Leo is a Friend that appears in the app version of Kemono Friends 3.
Personality
Leo is a kindhearted individual who is also brave and loyal to his allies. He has an ideal to create the place where all animals can live happily without needing to fight, hunt, or kill each others. He is very distrustful towards humans with Kenichi as the sole exceptions. He has very great hatred towards zoo because to him zoo is seen as freak show for forcingly taking animals away from their home, being thrown inside the cage, and shown as display to other humans which seen as taking away their freedom.

She is the one who is responsible for bringing Leo to Japari Park.

Kako
She told Leo about Japari Buns being staple food in Japari Park, carnivorous animals eat artificial meat which made him very surprised and happy. When Kako told Leo that Japari Park is basically large zoo, he quickly become upset and saying harsh words towards Kako which made her speechless and sad. After he met and had talk with White Lion and Cave Lion, he wanted to apologize to Kako for being rude.
Captain
When he saw the Captain for the first time, he charged and attempted to assault the captain because captain is a human but Dhole, Meerkat, Short-Beaked Common Dolphin, Bald Eagle, Lion stopped him and cleared the misunderstanding. Leo apologized and realize the Captain is a good human who won't hurt animals.
White Lion and European Cave Lion
Leo encountered both of them while trying to rest inside a cave. He tried to persuade both of them to return into the wild, Cave Lion told her that she already went extinct before and by living in Japari Park means that she don't need to hurt anyone and Japari Park itself is not much different than being in the wild. The two of them learn about Leo's hatred towards zoo, Cave Lion infromed him that Japari Park was created with animals in the mind and White Lion cheer him up. Both of them also told Leo that some animals in Japari Park come from various zoos with their zookeepers keep asking about their conditions unlike the only terrible zoos Leo used to know. Thanks to them, he finally realize much like there are good humans and animals, there are also good zoos.

- By using his miracle attack, Leo possess the highest attack buff than any other Friends. The turn after using his buff and use 5 choruses, he can deal more than 2500% damage.
