West Indian Manatee is a type of mammalian Friend that first appeared in Kemono Friends 3.

Appearance

West Indian Manatee has long gray hair that goes to her waist and a large section on either side of her face that resembles the flippers of her animal counterpart. A smaller, braid-like section frames her face and hangs to her shoulders. Her eyes are a turquoise blue and she has no discernible tail. West Indian Manatee wears a dark blue bikini swimsuit with large, light blue frills. She wears a frilled choker around her neck and a band of the same style around her left thigh, as well as light blue gloves that go just below the elbows. She wears sandals with a dark brown base and blue straps around the ankle and over the toes.
