Dhole is a Friend in Kemono Friends 3 that appears in both versions of the game.

Role in the Plot

Dhole is a Friends who received a letter she sent out and who, along with the player, one day became a member of JSRT. She grows up under the teachings of Meerkat and gains strength as vice captain. In Season 1, Chapter 8, she lost her memory as a result of her fight with Hunter Cell to keep Cellien out of Japari Park. However, in Season 1, Chapter 9, she defeated Alex and successfully regained her memory.

Relationships

Serval

Serval is a figure of longing for Dhole. Dhole is upset by the injuries inflicted on Serval by Alex. But she is even more upset when she asks her to be vice captain of the JSRT.

Meerkat

Meerkat is Dhole's tutor, she is responsible for keeping Dhole, who can easily become passionate, calm.

African Wild Dog

Dhole has a rivalry with her, after African Wild Dog asked the Captain to join her pack and as well calling the Captain as Master.

Black-Tailed Gull

Dhole hates Black-tailed Gull after she fell in love and kept flirting with the Captain. She always gets into a fight with her whenever Black-Tailed Gull is looking for affection from the Captain.

Kirin

Dhole gets very jealous when Kirin gets too close to the Captain. She also became upset when the Captain replied to her letter about collecting her red stamp too.

Strategy

Dhole is a fairly vanilla offensive support with stats that pale in comparison to limited heavy-hitters even when maxed and fully starred. However, she nevertheless sees very high amounts of usage due to her exceptional Miracle Trait; 10% unconditional, teamwide damage is a very worthwhile boost to teams that stays even when Dhole is KO'ed, and many times it is better to have an MT'ed Dhole (with the photo slots she is likely to have if you've been playing the game for a while) on your team than a non-maxed Friend of the type you would otherwise require. Coupled with her very good flags, she is rarely (if ever) a bad use of a team slot.

Her strengths are even more pronounced in PvP, where monotype teams are not necessarily the way to go: using the Damage Captain Skill on the first turn will allow a strong Dhole to one-shot most Relaxed squishies (Western Parotia or Common Ostrich come to mind), while the rest of her team can more effectively clear out the rest with the extra passive damage.
