Australian Devil is a Friend in Kemono Friends 3 that appears in both versions of the game. She is a member of the BATTEN Japari-Dan appearing in the main story, along with Tasmanian Devil and Blackbuck who is their leader.

Strategy

Australian Devil is the most defense-oriented out of her Japari-Dan comrades. While her damage is above-average for a support, and her kit contains many attack bonuses that will help boost your sustained output, it is not high enough for her to act as a proper DPS unless you have no better alternatives for the type (especially considering her miracle is a buff and not an attack). On the other hand, her high defense and HP values allow her to effectively survive on her own merits while you focus on compositions that synergise with her kit.

While Australian Devil can be used if you require an attack-buffing miracle, Western Parotia technically outclasses her in this regard unless you also need the survivability provided by the lifesteal (assuming you don't just use both). Using her as an offensive off-medic can work if your team has a high amount of action flags; doing this will grant your team great burst healing if you can use attack miracles during the turns that the lifesteal is in effect. Off-tanking is also possible, and may not require survivability photos due to her sustain, but this is ultimately inferior to using Blue Whale unless your composition would severely lack damage otherwise.

Australian Devil also has niche appeal for Try-gimmick teams. She can make an effective monotype teammate for Reticulated Giraffe and Common Degu due to her High flag, and her low Plasm value means that purer DPS Friends on her team will receive a bigger share of the bonus.

Consider using the Snake King photo once you have enough slots on her to equip it alongside applicable high-tier photos. The accuracy bonus will offset her standby's debuff and allow you to make better use of its substantial attack boost.
