Blackbuck loves Black Dragon because she love both black and dragon. As Blackbuck began her usual chuunibyou speech towards Black Dragon, she assumed that Blackbuck has some kind of mental illness and inject her with her huge syringe which made Blackbuck can only speak like normal people without her chuunibyou speech.

Tasmanian Devil and Australian Devil

They asked Black Dragon to bring back Blackbuck's chuunibyou speech otherwise she is not Blackbuck.
