Southern Rockhopper Penguin, nicknamed Rocker, appears as a member of the Penguins Performance Project in Episode 8 - PPP Live.
Personality
Compared to the other PPP members, Rocker seems energetic. Often determined, she's ready to get things done even when scared or anxious. She loves helping the others and motivating them.
Role in the Plot
Episode 8 - PPP Live
Rocker has to train with the other members for their first concert. She has difficulties being in sync with the other members at first when practicing for the show. Later in the episode she motivates Royal Penguin with the others on stage and tells her to come join them. She then performs "Ozora Dreamer" along with her fellow PPP members.
Episode 12 - Amusement Park
Rocker tries to hit one of the Black Cellien's feet with the help of the others member of the PPP. At the end of the episode, she participates at the party and sings with Crested Ibis, Scarlet Ibis, and the rest of PPP.
