How to Encounter

The rateups added in Cougar's update were the Red Luxury Sofa, Big Ring and Pbop Keyboard, putting her on par with Hippo and Black-Backed Jackal in moderate rarity. The player should make use of the craftable Keyboard if they don't feel like relying on the printer.
