Bald Eagle is a Friend in Kemono Friends Pavilion. She was added to the game in patch 1.0.2, making her the second Friend added after the original release.
She's usually very happy and almost always seen smiling. Similar to her Nexon Game counterpart, she has a strong sense of justice, and her catchphrase "Let's Justice!" is also one of her possible utterances when she is spawned.

How to Encounter
Bald Eagle has a very low spawn chance if the player does not have any of her rateups. The Bird Perch released during her update gives her a moderate spawn rate in the Mountain area, and the (now unavailable) Heart Teddy Bear can also attract her quite effectively.
The recently added Step provides a craftable avenue of attracting Bald Eagle, albeit one that requires the elusive Rough Steel material. Regardless, since one is likely to not even discover Bald Eagle without a rateup, the player should make a point of crafting the Step first with whatever Steel they accumulate.

カッコつける (???) - Strikes a pose on the upper platforms of the Bird Perch, leaning on her knee and giving a thumbs-up to the player.
