Broken/Device Transfer

Start by opening the main menu. From there, go to your Settings, which are in the top right corner next to the gear.

Choose the button circled in the first picture, and then hit the right button shown in the second picture. This will show you your ID and password.

Your ID and password will be generated when you first access this window. After that you can use it for a month before it expires. When the code's time limit expires, repeat this process to get a new code.

The best way to go about this is to write down both codes, or screenshot them, so you wont be able to forget them. MAKE SURE YOU BACK-UP YOUR SCREENSHOTS! If you lose your transfer codes, you lose your pavilion file. Another method of saving your transfer codes is by emailing them to yourself. It's important to save the codes somewhere other than your mobile device.

To add the new codes you go to the opening screen. From there you click the top right button.

Now you can fill in your ID and password.

Click OK and you are ready to continue your adventure!
