While guiding Kaban through the Savanna Area, Serval points out Plains Zebra, who appears to be hunched over in the grass. Before Kaban can get a closer look, she apparently hides.
Trivia
- Nothing other than the back of her hair and a small part of her arm is visible at any point in the anime. This has led to many jokes by the fanbase that the "Plains Zebra" featured in Episode 1 is, in fact, not a zebra at all, but a "Striped Savanna Giant Slug".
- In contrast to her regular design, her "ahoge" (a large lock of hair that sticks out from the rest) is missing on her anime model.
