Role in the Plot
Episode 3 - Mountain
Suri Alpaca first appears when Kaban and Crested Ibis discovered the café on top of the mountain. She gladly welcomed them thinking they were customers and suggested to make tea for them. She then helped them recharge the battery for the Japari Bus. Meanwhile, she explained how she told friends below the mountains about her café, but she never had a customer. Afterward, she helped Kaban, Lucky, and Crested Ibis mow the grass outside.
During the activity, she explained that she found the chalet on the mountain and decided to make it a peaceful spot for the friends who want to find tranquility, so she learned how to make tea at the Japary Library. Once they were finished mowing, Crested Ibis took her to the sky to admire the sign they made for the café. After that, she served tea to them to express her gratitude for helping promote the café. At the end of the episode, she says her goodbyes to Kaban and Serval before they continue their adventures, and stays with Crested Ibis and Scarlet Ibis.

During recording Suri Alpaca's voice actor Yukiyo Fujii put in a lot of her own lines which helped to add to her character, other voice actors soon started doing the same as a way to help develop individual characters for the friends
