How to Encounter

Narwhal has 3 rateups from among the items released on her update; the Dartboard, the Whale Float, and the Anchor, the latter of which is craftable. It is easier and recommended to craft this, as it will also provide the player with a good Common Bottlenose Dolphin rateup.
