Asian Small-Clawed Otter is a Friend who appears in Kemono Friends Pavilion. This appearance is based on her Generation 2 (Nexon) incarnation, which was added to the game along with the other starting Generation 2 Friends in Version 1.4.0.

How to Encounter

The rateups added in Otter's update were the Water Cottage, Rock Pond, Waffle Jump Mat and Balloon Slide. All of these are 3-stars and the latter three are craftable, making her the easiest to spawn out of the starting Gen-2 Friends. The player should have no problem levelling her.
