A list of all Friends based on small-to-medium sized omnivorous canids belonging to the genus Vulpes, commonly known as foxes or true foxes. This is in contrast to several other genera within the family Canidae whose members are often called foxes, but are distinguished from the "true foxes" of Vulpes.

Members of Vulpes can be found across the globe in a variety of habitats, with the highly-adaptable red fox in particular having an extremely wide native distribution, and a further non-native distribution consequent of its introduction to the Australian mainland.
