[[Donkey]]s are widespread domesticated animals mostly used as beasts of burden in underdeveloped countries. They're also kept as pets and for breeding. While the population of Donkeys is increasing worldwide, its wild counterpart, the African Wild Ass, is critically endangered. They were domesticated in Egypt around 3000 BC.
[[Red Panda]]s are small nocturnal mammals native to southwestern China and the Himalayas. They're around the same size as cats. Their fur is reddish-brown with a dark underbelly and legs. Their tail is long and shaggy. Their face and ears have white markings. They mostly feed on bamboo, eggs, birds and insects. They're the last living members of their family.

Donkeys are herbivorous and easy to care for. They are often stabled together with horses and are said to have a calming effect on nervous horses and young foals. They may even be used to guard sheep like a shepherd dog! Their most prominent uses are to work in agriculture and transport. As such, they were used in world war 1 to carry wounded soldiers from the battlefield or carry equipment while also serving as a source of food in an emergency situation.
Red Pandas are mostly solitary outside of mating season in January to March. Females will build nests shortly before giving birth. The 1-2 cubs of a litter will open their eyes around 20 days after being born. They will get their adult fur at three months old and leave their nests for the first time. They stay with their mother until the next litter is born.

Donkeys may breed with horses of other species. A female horse and a male Donkey will have a baby mule! In November last year, a zebra on a British farm made international news after she surprisingly gave birth to a zebra-donkey hybrid, a so-called zonkey named Zippy!
Similarly to Giant Pandas, Red Pandas spend most of their time eating and sleeping. Both can not digest Cellulose so they have to eat a lot of bamboo. Red Pandas also eat flowers, berries, bark.

Kemono Friends' Donkey has grey hair fading into white at the tip of her bangs. She has a long brown ponytail and big donkey ears. She has brown eyes. She's wearing a long sleeved white shirt (with a gray gradient on the edge of the sleeves), a short gray dress on top of it, and a black bow tie. The lower part of her dress hides her hips as well as the starting point of her donkey tail. Her tights are white fading into grey and her boots are black. In the nexon game, she likes giving and taking advice and suggestions from and to other friends so much that she had her own consultation room. She has good memory and helps out whenever she can.
The biggest threat to Red Panda populations are habitat loss through deforestation and poaching. They are valued for their fur, especially their bushy tails. They also have to compete for food with domestic livestock. Separated groups risk an increase in inbreeding between them. They are kept as pets in some parts of Nepal and India; they adapt well to life in captivity so they can easily be kept and bred in zoos.
