Axolotl is a Friend defined by a soft heart and an airy head. She loves to play around in the water, but her recklessness can lead her to get hurt frequently in doing so; perhaps it is her fantastic healing factor, which allows her to quickly recover from minor injuries, that emboldens her beyond her own good. Despite her ditzy demeanor, she has a keen sense for the waters of Kingdom, for example being able to predict when and how the water around her will shift its flow.

Saltwater Crocodile acts as a doting big sister figure to clumsy Axolotl, keeping an eye out for her well-being and scolding her when she acts recklessly. The two can often be found swimming together. Saltwater Crocodile is the one who coined the nickname "Wooper Looper" for Axolotl, and though this nickname irritates Axolotl, that's part of the reason Saltwater Crocodile uses the name; it gets Axolotl's attention, which makes it easier to keep her in check when she acts carelessly.

Axolotl is an okay healer. Being the best Heal Friend of 3-star rarity or less, Axolotl is a great healer for new players seeking to clear Main Story stages and low-level Raids, especially if they are also using Saltwater Crocodile. However, outside of underwater stages and scenarios where one is also using Salty, Axolotl is generally going to be outclassed by higher-rarity healers once a player acquires them. Her T2 Awakening effect and Habit 2, Resilient Fragility, can make her a decent assistant healer to one's main healer in scenarios where two Heal Friends are being used.
